Controls Warehouse can repair your oil meter
Controls Warehouse is the only authorized repair center for Honeywell industrial oil meters in the United States. We have a complete test aparatus, as specified by Honeywell, here in our Ocala, Florida warehouse and can test, repair and calibrate meters in the following sizes 1/8", 1/4", 1/2", 3/4" and 1" 

Evaluation and repair
Each oil meter is completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected and given a failure analysis. All worn or damaged parts are replaced with new original parts from Honeywell. All non-warranty repairs require customer approval prior to completion of repairs.

Testing and Calibration
Each oil meter is tested to verify accuracy of ±2% throughout the operating flow range of the meter. Oil meters that fail the accuracy test are sent back to evaluation / repair for further inspection. No oil meters are tested without prior disassembly and cleaning.

Test Certificate
Each oil meter receives a test certification report showing each flow point tested and the accuracy at that point.
